• submit false information, other people’s personal data without their permission, or unsolicited commercial messages through the enquiry form;

The Mufuka Consulting Group name, the MCG mark, the site design and all written content are owned by Mufuka Consulting Group unless stated otherwise. Consultation booking is provided through Calendly, and the site may link to other external websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mufuka Consulting Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
